How to get more Google reviews

Your happiest clients are often willing to leave a review. The challenge is asking at the right moment.

FindBrows does not invent Google review counts. It sends clients to your Google review page after a completed visit and records FindBrows reviews from the same appointment.

Ask after a completed appointment

The best moment is usually shortly after the client has experienced the treatment. Keep the message short: thanks for visiting, we hope you loved your treatment, would you like to share your experience? Then give them a direct route to your Google review page.

Ask everyone

Do not only ask clients you expect to give five stars. A fair review process gives every eligible client the same opportunity to leave feedback.

Make reviews part of your routine

Do not rely on remembering manually. Automated review requests make the process consistent after completed appointments.

Put your review link where clients can see it

Your salon can use one stable QR destination even if the underlying Google review link changes.

  • Reception
  • Treatment room
  • Thank-you emails
  • Appointment follow-ups
  • QR cards

Put this into practice in FindBrows

The same knowledge as the salon dashboard: treatments, rebooking, reviews, policy and aftercare in one system.
